I was working on improving my companies customer satisfaction, and it's always good to get as much information before replying to a client. One thing I have noticed is that there are a lot of apps offering analytics that will help you know if a client's "health" (whether they have been happy/satisfied / unsatisfied).
Is there a zendesk app (preferably free) that can help detect client health/satisfaction. so that when they submit a ticket the person responding can accordingly respond based on customer, mood, or patience.
