    Hi Mike,

    I see that you also submitted a ticket to get the answer to this question, but for the benefit of all the folks in our community, I thought I would post the answer here too. 

    If you wanted to take a group of your agents offline for a team meeting, you could simply have all agents mark themselves offline in Talk in their browser. If users called through while there were no agents available from a certain group, the call would be directed to voicemail.

    IVR menus that you have setup would still be played to the caller, so if there were other groups still online, users would be able to access them. They would only be sent to voicemail if they selected an option where everyone in the group was offline.
