    Hi Tania,

    You're not being daft! This is a common question starting out. This post might help you get started: The 'About' Field.

    A lot of Zendesk admins end up creating this About field with nested values - if you do this, you'll find this guide helpful for breaking them down between categories: Reporting on nested dropdown fields.
