Chat/talk agent is online but PC is off.

    We've seen the same behavior. Fortunately for use, we have our operating hours stop at 5pm, so this is less of a problem, but for a 24hr shop, this behavior is very problematic.  Additionally, the inactivity timer (auto-away) seems pretty useless unless your agent is in the Zendesk dashboard as their full-time job. (if the Zendesk dashboard tab doesn't have focus for 15min, or whatever you set the timeout period to), then it marks them as Away.

    That's right, sleeping or turning off your computer will not log you out of chat or talk in Zendesk. If you or your agent is listed as online for either channel, it will stay as such until switched off or logged out of manually.
