I will explain the status quo first, so that someone perhaps can help me with my requirements, as I'm truly flummoxed and still incapable of making this small dream become reality.
We have 2 Zendesks, and a sharing agreement in place. This is working fine, but my triggers are overfiring.
I need to find quite a few triggers to make things work for us they way we want to. I know I'm about to ask for a lot, but I will repay any assistance with the deepest gratitude! :)
- Notify a receiving Zendesk group of users that a ticket has been shared by another Zendesk.
- Notify the original sending Zendesk of when a user from the receiving one has added a pvt comment
- Disable any notifications from the receiving Zendesk of any future public updates made to the original ticket.
I hope that makes sense. I know it's biggie, but everyone has been so forthcoming so far, and I hoping someone else will come to the rescue of a newbie!
