No access to Zendesk using Internet Explorer (version 11)

    Hi Natalia

    Can you try and explain what exactly the workflow is here? Are you working in Jira and you can't use the Zendesk "widget" in Jira or can't you open Zendesk entirely in IE11?

    Hi Carsten,

    This issue was reported by our customer.

    As I understand user cannot open Jira via Zendesk in IE and it shows endless loading status.

    Try and clear the cache in IE11 - That has solved similar problems for me in the past...

    Hi Carsten,

    Clearing the cache in IE11 didn't solve the problem...

    And looks like I cannot attach IE XML files, which could help to solve the problem.

    Hi,

    Please can anyone look into this issue?

    I have raised a ticket in Atlassian support, but they asking to open a ticket here:

    "Since the error is happening using a Zendesk Support for JIRA add-on, you would need to raise a support ticket to the Zendesk Support for Jira - Support as the developer of the add-on they will have more context on the issue here." (Atlassian support).
