Suggestion: Using Answer Bot or Knowledge Base in Discord
With the new beta discord bot in place, I'd love if it was possible to have the wealth of our knowledge base presented as links when it matches a keyword, similar to how our website widget does now. That way, we might avoid a support ticket because the answer is already available.
So perhaps a two step process.
/support My arcade joystick is broken...
Bot: Thanks for your inquiry. Here are some links from our knowledge base that you might find useful

[LINK 3]
if you still need help, please reply "yes" and we'll assign your question to our agent.

Yes to this. It's important that players take the time to fill a request or if not help themselves in case there is an existing solution to their problem or a perceived issue rather than an actual bug.

I'd still like to see this - and functional Zendesk bot that sends replies from Zendesk itself to Discord - going at some point. I hope that the Zendesk team didn't give up on the project.
