    Hello ZenDesk team.

I would like to follow up on this query. In summary:

    • Our images were not copied and pasted - but directly inserted via the Rich Content Editor.
    • The images are not displayed publicly (dead link). But are only made available when agents, authors, and admins log in.
    • The image formats are png and gif.
    • Images were not removed and re-added with the same filename.

To avoid this issue we recommend always hosting images directly in the article itself or in the assets menu of your Help Center.
    - This is what we always do.

Hoping you could help us at a lot of users rely on this particular article.

    Thanks.

    Hi Randolph,
This doesnt sound like the usual issue- this sounds like something Zendesk support should look at with you. Support@zendesk.com

How should I go about this,@Heather-R?

It's been almost a week and I cannot leave the high-traffic article in that condition.

I'm going to salvage the images and re-upload it using a different filename.

I hope the issue can be investigated so we'll know how to avoid it (even though we did everything right).

    Thanks.

I would email support@zendesk.com as soon as you can so they (Zendesk support) can see it "live" and include the details you outlined here!

If you have to, perhaps recreate the article?
