We're excited to make the Answer Bot APIs available in EAP, to allow you to build and integrate Answer Bot wherever you want it. The APIs are sent in an enquiry (such as the ticket subject and description) and have Answer Bot return the most relevant, related articles. Once the articles are returned you can present them to the user as suggested articles that might solve their issue and capture the interactions associated with those suggested articles. When implemented correctly users can quickly and easily mark the question as resolved / not-resolved giving you more data for reporting, and improving the Answer Bot model over time.
