Segregate Sign in Users from Public Customers

    Hi Shoppre Support - 

    I am assuming that you are referring to visibility of your Help Center. For each Section or Topic in your Help Center, you can set the visibility to a user segment or by signed-in vs. unauthenticated users. When you go to create or edit a Section or Topic, you should see a drop-down appear in the left-hand column like this:
