Mandatory assignee when creating a ticket on behalf of requester

    Hey Oliver!

    The following example is a trigger that would assign a created ticket to the current agent or admin that left the assignee blank. If you have other triggers that are looking for a blank assignee on a created a ticket, you may need to double check all of those. Otherwise, this should hopefully at least get you started!
