According to this article:
A user/agent is signed out after 8 hours.
If possible, I'd like to see a session variable on the SSO page that would control how long before Zendesk needs re-authentication.
Why? Because of our industry, Some of our agents may be formulating a response and leave for the evening, but be waiting for information that would be available in the morning. By the time they get back, they have been signed out and all that work has to be re-done.
