    Hi Anthony, 

    We provide a US number for trialling as with these numbers we do not run into restrictions like to do with other numbers. Many have various address and/or identifications requirements around the number provision. However we do recognise that this does not work for all customers. In fact replacing a number for your trial account is something that we do and it should have been done in this circumstance. Not knowing your current trial status can I ask that you open a ticket at support@zendesk.com and explain the need and we'll get the US number removed and you can then select a UK number.
