We want tickets for certain departments to automatically go to a ticket, rather than initiating a chat. We basically have two different departments.
Dept A = Live Chat (these are highest priority and need to be done)
Dept B = Zendesk Support Ticket, No Chat (does not need to be resolved immediately)
For our situation we can see a lot more of Dept B coming into chats and bogging down the time allowed for our support team to answer Dept A questions. We want to free that up.
Wish it was as simple as making the customer choose Dept A or Dept B and a trigger that if Dept B is picked a Support ticket is created instead of live chat.
Any ideas on how to do this?
