I have come across an issue which the Support team has claimed is an intended behavior on account of being a security risk.
When a user fills in a form and attaches a file to support their request, they should be able to view their attachment in a new tab upon clicking on said attachment. At the moment however, it asks the user to sign into Zendesk, which is extremely odd as this user is not expected to have a Zendesk username and password (let alone create one).
I fail to understand the risk in a user wanting to review their own attachments, especially when they haven't even submitted the form.
Please review the same and provide a solution as it is not a good experience and not the expected behaviour.
