First off, our agents are loving the JIRA integration so thanks for putting it together.
This is actually two issues with the Jira app but they are related to each other.
1. When creating a JIRA issue, the pop-up windows takes up a lot of the screen so if you need to look up something in the ticket you have to close the window.
2. Anything you drafted in the JIRA window disappears after you close the window.
Someone has suggested that maybe we should be able to click and drag the window around in order to see the contents of the ticket better when drafting a JIRA issue.
It basically boils down to being able to create a JIRA issue but still able to view the contents of the Zendesk ticket.
