We are in an issue with the outbound charge , when we call one customer,if she has a voice message setting , then we will be charged at the voice message alert occurred. Please note, it starts charge from the voice occurred, that means we didnt leave a message to the customer. Actually , if you start charge at when we real leaving a voice message to the customer( The Communicator start record charge about the Voice Message ) , that is ok , but we didn't, we just ring the phone. That is very annoyed.
