Hard to describe in the Subject.
I am having an issue with Conditional Fields in a Ticket Form.
I have a list of Ticket Types (30+).
If you choose any of the first five, a certain selection of fields appears.
If you choose 6 through 10, another set of fields appears. Etc.
Now, if the ticket changes from something in the first group, to something from the second group, I want the Agent to fill in those new fields, but I want the data that was in the form previously to persist.
Unfortunately, when the Ticket Form Changes and shows the different fields, ZenDesk wipes the data out of the previous fields. Essentially making Conditional Fields worthless to me. Why doesn't the data persist?
Is there a fix to this?
