Monday is a public holiday in the state where our staff is located. But it is not a national holiday so we'll have a few staff working to handle calls and chats from other states. And when they're working, they might as well work on open tickets.
We want to add a holiday on coming Monday so that not tickets are due on Monday. But we're not sure what that does to Chats. And generally we're not sure if something else can go wrong due to staff updating and solving tickets on a holiday.
Any insight/ experience from anyone?
