Grant write access to all the tickets for specific users in an organization

    Hi Sébastien, 

    You can allow for end users in an organization to update other ticketrs within their organization.  I'm on an enterprise plan, so this may look different for you if you are on another plan, but you can control this on an individual user profile from the Access drop down.  

    If you are talking about an agent, the most you can do is align groups to organizations to restrict updates at the organization level.  If the agent role they are in is restricted to tickets within a group, a pairing with organizations would help here.
