Hi Team
We also want to know how we can download all ticket from Zendesk to our local machine or in excel file. It is required for us for future reference.
Thanks

Hi all -
This is a question that arises with some frequency, so you're in luck because that means we've got some documentation on how to export your ticket data. How you do it will depend on what plan you're on, how frequently you need to do it, and how far back you want to go with your export.
Here are some articles that should help you out:
Exporting data to a JSON, CSV, or XML file - Professional and Enterprise
If you're not on Professional or Enterprise, you can still export data via the API. This article gets into how to do that and links to the API endpoints you'll need:
What is the recommended method to regularly export Zendesk Support data? There's also the Ticket Exporter App available through the Zendesk Apps Marketplace
Check those out and let us know if you have further questions!

Hi Nicole,
I installed Ticket Exporter and find it useful aside from the fact that it can't export archived tickets.
Unfortunately, it is a V1 app and will stop working Oct. 14, 2019.
An easier way to export than the daily XML export would be very helpful.
Thanks, Jim

Hi Jim,
You'd need to use the native data export once the app has been removed. Otherwise there may be a 3rd party integration that could accomplish what you're looking for in our App Marketplace.
I was able to track down the following app that allows you to export ticket data: Data Manager
If you have any questions regarding the integration you'll want to reach out to the developers directly.
Hope this helps!
