Just getting started with Insights.
Zendesk Pro setup
Is it possible for customers to view a live feed of their account so they can see how many requests or tickets solved etc in real time?
Or can a customer be emailed a report automatically?
Or can we use API and pull it to something like Visual Analytics?
Or can we use the GoodData API from their site and pull it that way? Assuming we can access our Zendesk data from their site?
We don't want to be constantly going in making reports for the customers and / or exporting data for each customer to a different system manually each week for e.g.
Any thoughts on how we should proceed?
