Ignore First Comment in Ticket

    Hi Amber,

    If you add a filter to your custom metric for    ticket status (Historic) <> (empty value)    then it should be selecting all updates apart from the first on a ticket.

    As an example, a custom metric I'm using to ignore the first comment on any ticket is:

    SELECT # Ticket Updates WHERE Public Comment = true AND Ticket Status (Historic) <> (empty value)AND Ticket Status <> Deleted
