End-user ticket comments sorting is the opposite of email content view

    I believe you're discussing end-users viewing requests in your Help Center. If that's the case, you can change this by going to Guide > Guide admin > Settings. There is a setting for "Set the default sorting for comments in My Requests" where you can change the order.

    Any way to move the comment box up to the top too? It's not intuitive to view the recent comment at the top but then have to scroll to the bottom to leave a comment (that would then post at the top).
