Hey Guys, I really need some help and tips for this.
I wanna know if is possible get the most used words to create reports in GoodData.
Our customer nnot awalys use the correct form to submit a request, many times they are using a random form to submit a question. In many cases we are able to see tickets trends in our Q. But without the correct frields and tags, I can't create a dashboard to check that trends.
My question, once again, it is possible to create a report in GoodData to check what are the most used words in the ticket descriptions?
