Mobile app - Does not show most conversation first?

    Hi Helder, that's correct. The idea is that you'll see the most recent comment on the ticket, closest to the reply input area, so that you always have the most recent update available to refer to.

    Can this please be revisited.

    In the current version of the app the "Write a reply" field at the bottom of the screen follows your screen as you scroll down, so it is no longer relevant to have the latest conversations at the bottom and results in a lot of needless scrolling.

    Can you please update the app so that the most recent conversation is listed first so that it is quick and easy to see any updates on a ticket as soon as you open it.
