I was wondering if it was possible to be able to report by the contents of the subject line. I have recently received a request to get a count of how many 1-5 star Google Play Reviews we have received. As I have not set up a field or tag to monitor this, I was looking for a way to count the number of tickets by what's in the subject. For example, can I create a metric that counts how many tickets include ★☆☆☆☆ in the subject.
