I have pulled a report which shows Ticket Assignee (Historic) and the Updater of the Ticket Assignee till the ticket status is closed. The issue I have found here is the Updater column is getting sorted in Alphabetical order. For an instance, please check the ticket ID 29543, I have gone through this ticket and observed that the Updater "End User - Lauren" reported the ticket later "Agent - Srinivas Adi" updated the ticket, but in the report the updater "Agent - Srinivas Adi" is showing first and then "End - user - Lauren" (which is wrong). And same functionality is happening for all the other tickets also. For one the tickets, there are around 10 updates on the same day, the report is showing all the updaters in alphabetical order, I need to show them in timely manner, like the one who updated the ticket should show at the top and so on....
