Issue with the 'Updater' column

    Unfortunately, my understanding is that this cannot be done.

    The default sort order for tables is from left to right. So you can group ticket updates by date. But within each date there is no sequential counter showing the order of actions.

    There is a 'Ticket Updates' item that looks like a sequential number that increases with each ticket action. But my understanding is that is not the case. So even if you include that in your report after the event date column, there is no guarantee that it will always follow the sort order you want.
