I'm trying to create a custom metric that tracks the P99 requester wait time for tickets that were open at any point during a certain time period.
For example, I want to know for last month, for all tickets that were updated to open, on-hold, or new, or that were already in this state and didn't change, what is the P99(requester wait time) of those tickets.
Ideally, I'll be able to easily change the time period from weeks, to months, to quarters.
What's the best query to make to achieve this?
