Hide End-User Database to Agents

    Hi Josep,

    I'm afraid there's no option to limit the options in the submitter field. Any agent will be able to select any user as ticket requester, regardless of any group/organization access restrictions set for the agent. Only the views and profiles will be restricted, but when creating/updating ticket fields, the agent has the liberty to assign a ticket to anyone, or submit a ticket in behalf of a user.
