Hello, I have Zendesk Professional to asists all of our costumers, and for now, all of our Agents are internal.
But one costumer, want to have an Agent of her own to manage his tickets.
I can limit the "External" Agent to a Group and a View, but i don't know how to limit the Agent to a Organization.
We need that this Agent, when creats a Tickets only can see End-Users from his organization and Agents in her own Group.
Now, when the Agent creates a Ticket, in the Submitter field can see all of other costumers emails .
Any idea how to solve this?
