Charts Labels Overlapping

    Hi Kelsa,

Unfortunately there isn't a great way to hide these extra labels without reducing the density of data on your chart or going another direction.  You could create a line chart version and a table version of the report and include them both on a dashboard to see them in the same place.  This would give you the best of both worlds.

If you are primarily viewing this in Insights, you can hover over the series name at the bottom and Insights will isolate just that data point so you can see those values on their own.

Zendesk also recently announced Explore was available (I haven't checked it out yet so I can't speak to if it solves your concern) but it's possible that they've solved for this moving forward in their new reporting platform.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Daniel,

A solution but not the best. I am exporting the graphs to used into presentation to other stakeholders (who do not use the zendesk but need to know of performance and trends) as such the values being in a separate table again makes a bit challenging to be back and forth between graph and chart,

    regards

I totally feel your pain Kelsa!  I'm personally hoping that the Explore product helps out in allowing more flexibility here.  With Insights being run by GoodData and eventually replaced by Explore, I'm not sure that we'll see the improvements you are asking for within Insights.  However, if Explore has the same problems I think it's worth posting Product Feedback in the Explore help center as they are expanding their roadmap.
