We have a support centre with 8 different languages. Our agents have very often the problem that they can find the correct article in English, but not in other languages that our agents have to respond. E.g. I give support for English, French and German and for English and German I know that the article I am looking for contains the word 'Software', however in French this is not the case. I would appreciate if we could have something like the one below:
where we find the article to a specific language and then we can select the language of the article that we want to insert in a ticket. That would be really, really helpful. If of course a specific language does not exist, then I should not be allowed to select it.
