The default dashboard for Answer Bot on the Insights (View Only) Dashboard contains a report that could use some nurture in the data it shows to us. "Best performing articles" displays articles with the highest Answer Bot Attempt:Solve ratio. On the surface, this is a very helpful insight and one that we are very interested in gathering. However, when we check this dashboard we are more frequently interested in understanding what articles are actually delivering the most resolutions. This is quite different.
The top article in the "Best performing articles" report is a very specific document, and has only one solve attempt. That attempt was successful, but the article has never been served again in any attempts. As a result, it has appeared as our most effective article for months. Situations like this have led to the list becoming somewhat static, and we could use a list that provides a few more insights that evolve with our business.
