Integrating Images into Tickets responses to Social Media Query

    Hey Kelsa,

    At this time, our native integrations for Support do not include the ability to add images, emoji, or gifs.  Nor is there a workaround to add them via copy/paste or app update.

    I might suggest making a feature request in our Feedback Forum to see if our developers could figure out a way to get this added.

    Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but hopefully your post will spark some interest amongst our other accounts!
