Take off duplicate Tickets from Insight

    Hey Gunther,

    Have you tried that filter? What were your results? You can inspect a ticket returned and check the events log on the ticket to see if it was returning expected results.

    You could also try filtering using the Ticket Group (Historic) attribute, in conjunction with your [Text Value] attributes.
