Mobile APP: Notifications

    Thank you for taking the time to post here :) 

    Unfortunately, I believe your question was misunderstood. The Zendesk Mobile Application does give you the option to enable/configure notifications on your phone.

    You can see the settings if you navigate to your Mobile App >  Settings > Notifications > Make sure to Enable the App to use notifications > See the section "Notify me about". There's a screenshot below of what you should see.

    Would still be great to have a Notify me about:

    • Internal notes on my tickets
    • Updates on tickets that I've commented.

    Hi Helder, I'm the Product Manager for the mobile apps - thanks for your suggestions, I've noted them.


    The app does provide notifications for tickets you're CC'd on where there's comments, or if you follow "All new tickets" you will receive a notification for any new comments.


    Additionally, coming in the next few months, we'll be working on new notifications settings to enable @mentions, Followers (to support CC and Followers updates).
