Here's my issue - I had an agent attach a file on a ticket for the wrong client. This is rather large fopaux, as client data is very sensitive and the impact this can have with clients is rather detrimental. But I still need agents to attach files. So, I was wondering if there is a way that a warning message can pop-up when an agent tries to attach a file.
"You are attaching [file name] to [source client], do you want to proceed?"
Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks.
