There are a lot of domains in the world with some not ASCII characters and Zendesk Organisation Domain Names doesn't support them at the moment.
Meaning that if you get a ticket from email on domain with some not ASCII characters you would never be able to connect it to organisation with that domain name. Furthermore because you are not able to create it you can also expect problems syncing it from and to 3rd party systems.
