    Hello,

    Nevermind. My idea works, but I was watching the publication-page with my Agent/Manager/Admin account. 

    You can set the article only visible to Agents/Managers instead of Everybody. 

    Although:
    We'll have to change the setting to every article when we go live though. Maybe someone has an idea for that?

    Hi Vera!

    You can do a bulk update of article permission from the Guide Admin settings. Just click on Guide Admin in the upper right corner of your Help Center. Make sure that you're in the Manage Articles section (the very top icon in the left-hand toolbar). Using the Filter drop down next to the search bar, you can filter to the section that contains the articles you want to change.

    Select the articles you want to update, and then click Article Settings* at the bottom of the page. A menu will pop up with several options, including **Change Permissions. A modal window will pop up. Select Visible from the top drop down, and then whatever visibility you want from the bottom drop down. Click the Change Permissions button. The changes will process, and then you'll be all set!
