Visibility to agents assigned chat licenses

    Hi Jose,

    Thanks for sharing your feedback regarding the admin experience. Although we have nothing to share at this time, the team have been looking into improving the admin experience and the improved experience does include the ability to easily see what products are enabled for what agents.

    This new experience is slowly rolling out (currently offered for new Chat only signups) and older accounts will eventually get access to the admin center experience throughout 2019. 

    You will be notified when your account will gain access to the new experience.

    That's good news, Ramin,

    We wish that we could add the licenses to a column and be able to see at a glance such as when using User Lists.  However, we realize that is an Add-On (which is so strange, seems like it should be included in Enterprise)

    In a perfect world, we would be able to add things like this:
