We recieve a ticket in Zendesk when we have a new customer and we have to send him some information. We'd like to call that new customer 3 months later to ask how it goes and of they have any problems etc.
We need something, preferable in Zendesk, to remind us on that moment to call the customer. I was wondering how other community-members do this.
It's not necessary to have a ticket, it may, but it's not a must. Also I don't want a ticket that'll be open for 3 months because that kills the statistics and the first-response-time. Maybe there's an addin or something that with an easy click you can make a reminder.
