Exciting new changes to the Zendesk Help Centers 11/15/18
CompletedWelcome to our updated Help Centers! We've made several updates to our look and feel to make it easier for you to find answers to your questions and get the information you need more quickly.
What’s changed?
- All Help Center pages have an updated appearance, with better content organization and more intuitive navigation.
- We've pulled together the most frequently asked questions and highlighted them in tabs, making their answers easier to find right from the Help Center home page:
- We've added notifications that will alert you when new comments or content have been added to articles, posts, sections, categories and topics that you follow. Just sign in to view them!
- You can now easily navigate between our Help Centers to find articles and information about a different product:
- We've added several Community topics and organized them by product, so you can follow the topics most relevant to you and find answers to your questions more quickly:
Thank you to all users who provided feedback on these changes, and please let us know what you think! We'd love to hear your feedback in the comments below. There will be additional iterations, so your feedback will help shape the Zendesk Help Center experience!

Hi Sarah and Vlad,
This level of customization is currently available to all customers, and can be accomplished by anyone with some development resources.
Now that we've got it up and running, our next step is to share what we did and how we put it all together. We're working on putting together an AMA here in the community so that you can ask questions and learn how to customize your own Help Center.

Hi all - quick update here. The AMA will be happening mid-January. The Dev team is super eager to share with you how they built these customizations, and looks forward to answering your questions. More info will be posted here when we have the exact date and time.

EDIT: I also noticed on the Community side that there are new tabs the you can filter through... Recent Activity, Trending, Featured, and Unanswered

We don't have a date, but the engineering team says that they're working on their post. It's a lot to write up and get organized and is a side project from their development work, but they're looking forward to sharing what they have done!
