The message occasionally does not sync to slack

    Hi Celu,

    When you install the Slack integration within your Support account there should be a Slack Trigger created for you automatically. If you check the events of the ticket do you see this trigger firing on your update that's not showing within Slack? More information on Ticket Events can be found here

    It may also be worth uninstalling and re-installing the Slack app within your Support account to see if that helps resolve this issue. I've attached our Slack Integration documentation for you as well.
