We receive a number of new tickets each day that are spam requests and we typically delete them. When I create a report to show all tickets created on a specific day and filter on the ticket status being "Deleted" it does not filter anything out. How do I create a report that show the tickets that were opened on a particular day and also filters out any tickets that were deleted from the group of tickets created in that same time period?
Could this be extended to other time ranges? For example if I want to see all new tickets from 2 days excluding any tickets from that cohort that were deleted, regardless of when they were deleted (2 days ago, 1 day ago, today, etc.).
