AVG tickets solved per Day

    Hi Joachim,

    I'm wondering if you need a custom metric at all. You could easily create a report showing the number of tickets solved each day of the week (filter to Week (Mon-Sun)/Year (Ticket Solved) is last week) and do an average on the # Tickets, like so:

    So you could get something like this:

    Would that work for your needs or am I missing something?

    Hi Jacob,

     

    That does give me the average I need. However I was hoping to use the average in a widget which only shows the average number and not the entire table.

     

    I would also like to do this with a weekly average per agent. I get a large table with all the solved tickets and the average, but I only want to show the average number per agent and not the amount of solved tickets for each day.

     

    Is there a way around this?

    Hi Joachim,

    I think I have something for you regarding this.

    I had to do a custom metric:

    SELECT AVG (SELECT # Tickets Solved BY Date (Ticket Solved))

    For the first report I used the new metric, I called it Avr. solved by date and a filter Week (Mon-Sun)/Year (Ticket Solved) is last week.

     


    For the second report I added Ticket Assignee to the HOW.

     

    I think that will get you what you're after, but I haven't done any extensive verification though. Hope it helps you out!
