We currently use the Visualforce option of the Salesforce integration with Zendesk to show tickets on Salesforce accounts. It's been really handy and means that we don't have to purchase extra SF data to store all the ZD tickets. But there's a fly in the ointment.
The number of comments that can display on the Visualforce page is limited by Salesforce size restrictions. At the moment it only shows the first 100 comments, so if there is more than 100 it simply appears in SF as if there are no more comments.
I'd like to suggest that the Visualforce page is configured to show the most recent comments instead of the oldest comments. This would show a more accurate picture of the ticket activity rather than it appearing like it stopped dead in it's tracks after the 100th comment.
