Chat tags not added
AnsweredFor some reason we are not seeing the chat tags added using the following script. Any reason why? Are we doing anything wrong?

Thanks for sharing this issue, I was able to reproduce the problem and the tags API doesn't appear to be working correctly.
I have notified the development team and they are investigating the issue and working on the fix now.

There are no workaround at this point in time. If you need this functionality, I would recommend opting out of the experience until the fix is available.

Ok thanks. Please let us know when it is fixed. How close is this to a GA rollout? Just wondering when we should plan to have a stable solution that we could migrate to.

GA will probably be in the first half of 2019 at this point in time, it will depend on the feedback we get from customers and ensure we have resolved defects like this.
As the JS APIs are less than a month old, there will be a period of finding defects and the team will do their best to resolve them in a timely manner.
