    Hi all - 

    We seem to have two threads for this request running concurrently. The other one is slightly longer, so we are going to make that the official one. If you are interested in requesting the ability to ad an end-user/non-agent to a CC via a macro, please up-vote and comment on this thread:

    We have several types of requests that need approval from various employees. In order to cc these people via macro, we have made them light-agents in a special cc group. This is problematic, however, because replies from these people do not cause tickets to flip from pending or on-hold to open. It would be great to be able to add end-users to cc via macro.

    We are looking for the same. We are initiating a ticket to inform specific end-users at a customer that there is an issue we need them to attend. We want to have a macro set up that adds those 3 end-users to the CC on the ticket.

    Is there a way to do this?
