Does anybody have a good recipe for open (non pending, solved, closed or deleted status) tickets by age? I'm looking for a report with # of open tickets with an age (from creation date/time to now) < 24 hours, <72 hours and 72+ hours. Ultimately, I'm trying to see, at a glance, the age of our tickets. If we have a ton +72, I know there's a real issue. If we're mostly <24 hours, we're in a good spot.
